- 4 years of IT Support Experience in a manufacturing set-up
- Experience with Active Directory, Google Workspace products, or similar platforms.
- Has a networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills (VPN, DHCP, DNS)
- Windows, Ubuntu, and macOS troubleshooting experience preferred.
- Experience with Service Now / Jira / Confluence or similar ticketing and wiki services preferred.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
